Darren Cordingley is the principal of Queensland Renovation Finance. Being a long term Queensland resident, Darren has a strong understanding of the Queensland renovation and property market, and how you can obtain the very best loan for your personal circumstances.

Darren has extensive experience in home lending, commercial lending and equipment finance, making him the right person to look after all your personal lending needs. You also have comfort in knowing that Darren will remain your lending contact both prior and after your loan settlement.

Kylie Cordingley

Kylie is the Business Manager for Queensland Renovation Finance.

Kylie holds a Diploma of Management, a Diploma of Accounting and has over 30 years’ experience in financial control, business planning, and taxation. This enables us to provide our customers with the best guidance in relation to loan structuring and their finance needs.

In partnership with her husband Darren, the team at QRF is the right choice for your loan and lending needs.

Korina Hoare

Korina Hoare is our Loan Administration Officer looking after the general needs of our customers before and after settlement. You can speak to Korina on any aspect of your loan, and she will be more than happy to guide you, and work with our funding partners on your behalf where need be.
